  • Design projects are non-refundable once initial concepts have been shared.
  • If a project is canceled before design work begins, a partial refund may be considered.

  • No refunds will be issued once development work has started and website frameworks have been set up.
  • If a project is terminated before any coding or design work has begun, a partial refund may be considered after deducting resource allocation costs.

SEO Services

  • SEO is an ongoing process, and results depend on multiple factors, including Google’s algorithm changes.
  • No refunds will be granted for SEO optimizations, link-building efforts, or ranking fluctuations once work has started.

3. Service Modifications & Cancellations

  • Clients may request modifications based on project scope, but additional revisions may be chargeable.
  • If a client wishes to cancel a service midway, no refund will be granted for the work already completed.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Chargebacks are not an acceptable method for seeking refunds. If there is an issue with a service, we encourage clients to reach out to our support team for resolution.
  • Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed within 7 days of the service start date.
